👋 Hi, I'm Ahmed. My work lives at the intersection of machine learning and biology. Currently at Ambient Bio, I'm developing an AI imaging biomarker for immunotherapy response prediction.

Previously at Spring Discovery, I developed AI models for analyzing cell morphology. Before that, I applied deep learning to cancer imaging at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute to predict outcomes and plan treatments. At the Wyss Institute, I worked on bio-inspired engineering projects from 3D printing tomographic data to designing aortic valve phantoms.

I began my career as an Architect, helping design and build the Datong Art Museum with Foster + Partners in China. I hold a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Maastricht University, a Master's in Computational Design from Harvard GSD, and a Bachelor of Architecture from AUS.
